Fort Cox has beautiful student residence blocks that are built to accommodate both male and female students. The Institute has completed a three block residence built using a space frame technology 57 rooms all inclusive and each block is equipped with a kitchen facilities, laundery and lounge area.
The Institute has four active sporting codes through which the Institute participate in Agricultural Institute's sport weeks events. Furthermore, the Institute sport facilities include a soccer and rugby stadium, volleyball and netball fields or courts.
The Institute's library building has the following resources and space that provides conducive environment for the students to study and learning accordingly.
